Dimitrios Zois
President
Dimitri Zois has built an exceptional career spanning finance, banking, and strategic consulting. Beginning in economic analysis and strategic planning in Greece, he advanced to executive and board-level roles within major financial institutions before broadening his expertise into urban planning and global development projects. Relocating to Luxembourg in 1987, Dimitri founded a number of successful ventures — including International Bankers Incorporated, Compagnie Financière Européenne, and Stanley Group — shaping the Group’s international presence and multi-sector reach. Today, he serves as Chairman of VRS International S.A., a firm specializing in equity research and corporate valuation. With academic credentials in economics, engineering, urban planning, and business administration, Dimitri Zois embodies the vision and versatility that define Stanley Group’s leadership and global growth.

Leandros Kontogouris
Vice president
Leandros Kontogouris is Vice President at Stanley Group, with over 20 years of experience across private equity, corporate finance, real estate, media, and commodity trading. A key architect of the Group’s evolution, he has been instrumental in strengthening its structure and strategy. Leandros oversees business development for Stanley Group’s core activities in Greece and leads the Luxembourg FLAG initiative, driving the Group’s expansion in maritime and financial services. He holds a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from INSEAD.

Pascal Node-Langlois
Advisor
Pascal Node-Langlois is a veteran of the asset and wealth management industry and serves as an advisor to Stanley Group. A graduate of Paris-Dauphine University, he began his career as an entrepreneur, founding Node-Langlois Matières Premières SA (MATEP) in 1972, followed by Stock and Commodity Services (SCS) in Geneva in 1975. Under his leadership, SCS grew into SCS Compagnie Financière SA, which later merged to form Banque SCS Alliance SA (BSA) — now Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique (CBH Bank) — marking a successful three-decade trajectory in banking and finance. In 2006, Pascal established Voltaire Group SA in Luxembourg, and the following year launched PARfinance SA in Switzerland, expanding into portfolio management and private wealth services. His entrepreneurial drive and multi-jurisdictional expertise continue to shape the Group’s strategic vision in wealth and asset management.

Thierry Zois is a dynamic growth-stage investor and entrepreneur whose career bridges venture capital, finance, and maritime operations. Before joining Stanley Group, Thierry built a strong track record at Finch Capital, where he led investments in early-stage fintechs across Europe, Southeast Asia, and MENA — driving several high-profile seed, Series A, and Series B rounds. His hands-on experience in scaling companies, accelerating revenue growth, and steering strategic partnerships has defined him as a results-driven operator. Holding a Master’s in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Management from Imperial College London, Thierry’s global mindset — shaped by work across multiple continents and fluency in five languages — has been instrumental in reshaping Stanley Group’s strategic direction and structure. Under his influence, the group has evolved into a more agile, growth-oriented organization with stronger international reach and sharper operational efficiency. In parallel, Thierry is accredited as a Maritime Agent by the Commissariat aux Affaires Maritimes (CAM) Luxembourg, reflecting his active involvement in maritime finance and vessel registration — a field where Stanley Group has established a growing presence.

Aris Vourdas
Legal Counsel
Aris Vourdas is an experienced legal professional and member of the Luxembourg Bar, specializing in shipping finance, asset-backed transactions, and ship sale & purchase deals. With a background in a Tier 1 law firm in Greece, he brings deep expertise in cross-border financings, collateral structures, and the incorporation and governance of SPVs and other entities across multiple jurisdictions. Aris advises banks, financial institutions, shipowners, and corporate clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, providing strategic legal guidance that bridges maritime and financial law. His international perspective and technical precision strengthen Stanley Group’s legal and transactional capabilities in the maritime and structured finance sectors.

Jean-Francois Casanova

Jean-François Casanova serves as an advisor to Stanley Group, bringing over three decades of experience in risk management, acquisitions, equity research, and corporate valuation. Since 1996, he has been Managing Partner of Strategic Risk Management SAS in Paris, where he advises leading institutions on strategic financial risk and investment decisions. Earlier in his career, Jean-François held senior roles at Renault Credit International and CIC Group, where he served on the Executive Committee, before leading major restructuring initiatives at Barclays Bank Paris and Banca della Svizzera Italiana. He holds a post-graduate degree in Economics from the University of Paris-Sorbonne and an MBA from the HEC-ISA Group in Jouy-en-Josas, France. His deep analytical insight and strategic acumen strengthen Stanley Group’s capabilities in complex financial advisory and risk management.
